BISCC membership is open to all students from 2nd to 12th grades. Younger players may
attend on a trial basis if accompanied by an adult for the first two sessions. To ensure
coherence among players, membership is required for participation beginning in October.
The Membership Fee for the academic year is $70 or $30 for the fall semester, which can
be applied to the yearly fee. Fees for middle school and high school players with USCF
ratings above 900 are waived provided they help mentor new players for part of the time
during the meeting.
